Which countries can I get numbers in?
United States and United Kingdom local and toll-free numbers, UAE toll-free and geographic numbers (inbound only), and Saudi 800 toll-free numbers. Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait are coming soon; join the waitlist from your dashboard.
How fast can I go live in the Gulf?
UAE and Saudi numbers need a short regulatory document step (ID and address). Carrier review takes up to three business days. Meanwhile your Arabic agent can go live on a US or UK number in minutes.
Which languages do agents speak?
English and Arabic at launch, including Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf, Saudi, Egyptian and Levantine voices. Agents understand callers who switch between the two.
Is call recording legal? Who is responsible?
Your agent announces recording at the start of every call by default, and you can configure it per agent and country. Recording and consent laws differ by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for following the law where you and your callers are. See our terms.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
Calls continue from your prepaid wallet at the per-minute rate of your voice tier. Turn on auto top-up so you never miss a call. We alert you before the balance runs low.
Can my agent transfer to a human?
Yes. Give each agent a transfer number and a spoken hand-off message. It can also take a message and send it to you right away.
Can I try it before buying a number?
Yes. The free trial gives you 15 minutes of browser calls to test your agent with your own instructions and voice. A card is only needed to buy a number.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your dashboard, any time. Your numbers are released at the end of the billing period and your data can be exported or deleted on request.
